The site is currently undergoing a total makeover- this winter we will be back with a new and improved site, a free weekly show, even better training programs, and so much more. I’m a full-time mom and am undergoing surgery in a couple of weeks (with a long recovery time) so please be patient with this transition!

In the meantime- get outside and explore your surroundings. The weather is cooling off and it is a perfect time to go walking/hiking/exploring both by yourself and with your family. Enjoy your fall, hot mammas!
